Ntsiki Mazwai really shook the internet once more when she decided to cause tension between the Jerusalema singers Master KG and Nomcebo.
When Beverley Palesa Ditsie, took to Twitter and suggested that there is an “erasure of black women.” To substantiate her point she mentioned that was the case with the world’s hit song, Jerusalema, by Master KG featuring Nomcebo Zikode.
She said that Nomcebo does not get celebrated as much as Master KG, however, the song was supposed to be by Nomcebo Zikode, featuring Master KG because she wrote and sung the lyrics.
Ntsiki quickly supported the statement and said she believes that the song lacked a recognition of Nomcebo Zikode who did the vocals on it. She suggested that Nomcebo should get equal pay as Master KG from the song considering that she wrote the lyrics and sung the song.
Master Kg did the beat
Nomcebo did the vocals.
That’s a a 50/50 split
And I hope master Kg paid her for the session ke since it’s his song only

This saw a lot of South African delving into the matter and expressing their view we guess the Limpopo born star just quietly watched as he and Ntsiki trended on social media.
The hitmaker then decided to reply to the controversial star by asking what her motives were.
“There’s So many songs in this world Where people are Featured I never saw you or anyone saying this.. Or is there something behind what you are saying… Anyway Bless up my Sister one Love,” the singer wrote.

The poet hasn’t replied as yet, but we’re just hoping this won’t cause any unnecessary tension, festive season is so close, and we need to keep seeing the good music coming.
