The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Deputy President, Floyd Shivambu has slammed the ANC led-government in Gauteng for refusal to pass motion of insourcing cleaners and security guards.

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Deputy President, Floyd Shivambu has slammed the ANC led-government in Gauteng for refusal to pass motion of insourcing cleaners and security guards.

However, on Tuesday the EFF’s motion in Gauteng to have all security guards and cleaners insourced across provincial departments was dismissed by the speaker of the legislature Ntombi Mekgwe before it could go on vote.

Shivambu has criticised the ANC, saying that the party is not committed to better and improve quality working conditions of guards and cleaners.

He added that ANC is only interested in tender which effectively dehumanize workers. Urging the EFF in Gauteng to never stop fighting.

“The ANC is not committed to better end quality working conditions of security guards and cleaners. They’re only interested in tenders which effectively dehumanize workers. The @GautengEFF shouldn’t retreat! Let’s fight on. Victory is Certain!,” he said.

The EFF had a good working environment with Action SA President, Herman Mashaba because of common ground goals to deliver to service to the people of Johannesburg.

Shivambu said EFF in Gauteng must not retreat fighting, because at the end they will win. He added that victory is certain, at the end of war cleaners and security guards will be insourced.
