Democratic Alliance (DA) Federal Chairperson Hellen Zille, has now become a threat to most of the party’s loyal members including Phumzile Van Damme.
Most of the loyal members who were holding superior positions such as Mmusi Maimane, Herman Mashaba and many other more, has left the party in 2019 after she was elected as a federal chairperson.
Following a recent event over Zille’s support to apartheid “racist” laws, it’s clear that she doesn’t care about members of DA who are against apartheid regime laws.
“Today we’ve many racists laws, compared during apartheid as most people claims. If it wasn’t of De Klerk, those who were in exile would not have returned,” Zille said.
In one of her tweet: “The only ‘messiah complex’ within me is that a culture of holding a capable state, the rule of the law, and personal accountability is require for human progress. If that’s not part of the culture that to ascribe to. I’m sorry, but it has nothing to do with race.”
It appears one of the tweeps mentioned Van Damme to elaborate how Zille should conduct herself.
I appreciate you have over 1 million followers and you may not see this. I would WhatsApp you, like the professionalism I extend to you by discussing your tweets internally. But it seems you’re interested in a public discussion, so @helenzille, what exactly do you mean? pic.twitter.com/tR7xc7QHpK

However, Zille said people like Van Damme they chill and their homes and enjoy the privileges of being politicians.
“They are chill at home, enjoying the sea view,” said Zille.
