#GiyaniLandOfBlood is coming to an end on 26 November 2019. As with any telenovela, it was due to end after some time. SABC2 has lined up another interesting telenovela titled Lithapo starting January 2020.
Fans of Giyani Land Of Blood are not happy about the sudden outcome that it’s coming to an end on the 26 November 2019.
One of the fans said, “how unfortunate it has to come to an end but why give us the taste of good drama then take it away just like that Mara Hina maTsonga avahi komangi kahle”.
Here are a few tweets of how they feel.
#GiyaniLandOfBlood Please open your own YouTube Channel …. and continue uploading the story and stop being controlled by TV Station, your greatness is not determined by a TV station…and u will be getting more views/viewers I believe another TV station will call u….

I’m Zulu and it really hurts me to see shows of other tribes being cancelled. It is because of this very #GiyaniLandOfBlood that I can speak a bit of XiTsonga now. You won’t believe how much I have mastered my Tshwana because of @Mzansimagic ‘s #TheThrone which was also cancelled https://t.co/IM8vxVmwWq

I remember a time when #Uzalo was scheduled to end on SABC 1, as it had reached its allocated episodes cap for a telenovela. Skip a couple of years, it’s still on & is one of the highest viewed shows on SA TV. What’s stopping #GiyaniLandOfBlood from being given the same chance. pic.twitter.com/a2Q4tFiOym

@ProfTinyiko @FloydShivambu @tito_mboweni please help. We don’t want the story to be terminated. Tsonga people pay TV licence and tax but are treated like second class citizens. #GiyaniLandOfBlood https://t.co/nRVl4qsQRW

Why does it seem like SABC is falling apart and losing its roots?
