Rising Gun Violence Sparks Concern in Westbury

The latest attack adds to growing concern in the neighbourhood, which has battled persistent gang activity and gun-related incidents. Residents have repeatedly called for stronger intervention as shootings continue to devastate families.

Just last month, two teenagers were killed and five others wounded in what police described as a gang-related shooting.

Following that tragedy, police and government officials visited Westbury and announced plans to tackle gang violence in the area.
